On Thursday, January 4, 2007 we had the opportunity to photograph a wedding at Grandview. Grandview is a wonderful place for a wedding! It is located on Lookout Mountain (next to the famous Rock City Gardens), which is right outside of Chattanooga, Tennessee. There are plenty of prime spots for outdoor photography; however, since this wedding was at night, we weren’t able to shoot any photos outside.
If you are planning a wedding at Grandview, set aside some daylight hours which will give the opportunity to get interesting shots with architecture, greenery, etc.
I was able to shoot many of the formals for this wedding with a black backdrop. The client felt that this provided a very ellegant feel.

Recently, we shot some engagement photos at Grandview on Lookout Mountain, Georgia. For those of you that aren’t aware, Grandview is located right next to Rock City Gardens. I am hoping to add some of these photos to the blog in the near future. Check back again soon!
